This service will allow you to access world experts in all medical specialties, so that they can remotely contrast any diagnosis and treatment that has been prescribed for you.
To do this, you will have a medical manager assigned to your case. , which will help you compile all the medical information you have (reports, x-rays, MRIs, biopsies, etc.) to create a complete history on which the Second Medical Opinion report will be prepared. The medical manager will accompany you throughout the process and will resolve any questions that may arise about the report or your particular case.

As a Sabadell Seguro Vida customer you have access to this service at no additional cost.
How does it work?
Once you fill out your information, a medical manager will contact you by phone to start the process:
- 1Request the service by completing your information and briefly describe your case.
From the moment you contact us, your Case Manager will start the process of gathering the necessary information about your case.
- 2Teladoc Health will assign you a medical manager who will prepare the medical history of your case and will contact you to help you with everything you need.
A Clinical Committee will perform an initial review of the medical records and other documents you provide.
- 3The Teladoc Health Clinical Committee will study your case and select the best medical experts worldwide.
The Clinical Committee will begin the process of selecting the most experienced international medical experts in the relevant pathology.
- 4Your medical history will be sent to experts selected specifically for your case, so they can give their opinion.
Your Case Manager will send your case to the selected experts and maintain telephone contact in order to discuss the specifics of the case with you (and with your treating physician, if desired).
- 5You will receive a complete medical report prepared by your medical manager with the opinion of the experts consulted.
- 6You can contact your medical manager to resolve and clarify all your doubts about the report.

What we don't treat: Chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications, high fever in unwell infant.
