Through this service you will be assigned a nurse, who will become your wellness advisor. After completing a brief health questionnaire, he will give you personalized advice and guide you through the different services of the portal so that, depending on your profile and your situation, you can benefit from those that best suit you.

Who can use this service?

As a Teladoc Health customer you have access to this service at no additional cost.

How does it work?

  • 1Request consultation:

    Fill in your information so that a nurse can contact you. You can attach reports or documentation that you consider important.

  • 2Solve your doubts:

    The nurse will contact you and complete a health questionnaire to provide you with professional advice.

  • 3Follow-up:

    Once the consultation has been completed, they will send you a report on your health status and you can contact the same nurse again whenever you wish.

What we don't treat: Chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications, high fever in unwell infant.
