When necessary, you can also attach any additional medical information (images, tests, analyzes...) for our team to review and obtain greater knowledge of your situation.

How does it work?

1Request consultation:
Choose how you want us to contact you and fill in your information. You can attach reports or images to be evaluated.
2Solve your doubts:
The doctor will contact you through the channel you have chosen.
3Follow-up:
Under medical criteria, you may receive a prescription or medical report once the consultation has been made.

Consult our doctors about your health from the comfort of your home.

This is not an emergency service and the following are examples of situations that we cannot treat. If you are feeling very ill, we recommend that you contact your local emergency department. What we do not treat: chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, complications of pregnancy, high fever in a sick baby.
