When necessary, you can also attach any additional medical information for our team to review and get a more complete picture of your situation. For example, if you have a blood test, x-ray, photograph of the medication you are taking... you can attach it to your query and our team of traumatologists will evaluate it.

Who can use this service?

As a Sabadell Seguro Vida customer you have access to this service at no additional cost. There is no limit to how often you can use this service.

How does it work?

  • 1Request consultation:

    Choose how you want us to contact you and fill in your information. You can attach reports or images to be evaluated.

  • 2Solve your doubts:

    The doctor will contact you through the channel you have chosen.

  • 3Follow-up:

    Under medical criteria, they may send you prescriptions or reports once the consultation has been completed.

You can ask our doctors any questions about your health from the comfort of your home.

This is not an emergency service and below are examples of conditions we cannot treat. If you are feeling severely unwell, we advise you to contact your local emergency services.
What we don't treat: Chest pain, shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain, heavy bleeding, thoughts of suicide or self-harm, confusion, loss of consciousness, severe infection, severe pain, suspected stroke, seizures, pregnancy complications, high fever in unwell infant.
